Brian Cabildo, also known as Glasseye, was the creator of theglasslab.com website and one of the original founding members of the DXL Crew. Under his leadership, the DXL Crew grew from humble beginnings into a global organization with members from Japan, Brazil, Singapore, and Australia. He was also an original member of the Duncan Crew. In addition to his crew affiliations, Brian organized and ran both the DXL Battle Championships and the West Coast Yo-Yo Championships.
His lasting impact on the yo-yo community through his videos, innovative tricks, and dedication to community-building continues to be greatly appreciated. His inclusion in the Duncan legacy is a source of great pride.
The release in this exhibit came with two sealed sets of side caps. One was a clear set featuring Brian’s original artwork from more than 20 years ago. The only change from the original design was the text—Freehand Zero was updated to Freehand One. The second set, in black, displayed a stylized print reading dxl double XL crew.
