The Glow Tormentor looping yo-yo made by Ministry of Chaos based out of the United Kingdom and distributed by H. Grossman Ltd. out of Glasgow, Scotland. The Glow Tormentor yo-yo was released in 2004 and came in standard glow, orange glow (seen in this exhibit), and blue glow versions. It featured a starburst response system, brass spacers, and a size K ball bearing axle. Also, came with one extra string. The body halves glowed in the dark but the side caps did not.
