Lumar was a company in the UK that produced yo-yos since the 30's. Lumar produced many tin models, and later plastic. This is an example of their plastic butterfly line, similar to Duncan's of the late 60's.
Very nice impressed logo on the sides. And it seems all the Lumar's carry model number, even up to the 70's.
