Festival made several tin whistling yo-yos, and two different Screamers. Both had wild patterns and bright colors. This is the earlier version of the Screamer in Pink & Black. The logo is a simple sticker on one side of the yo-yo.

The outer shells are formed tin with holes in the rims. As the air rushes by the rims, the air thru the holes create a humming whistling sound. By putting a different number of holes on each half, each half has its own frequency, so it hums at two distinct pitches. Festival was the last company to produce a tin whistler.
