Dale Bell of YoYoJam updated his signature Night Moves yet again in 2004. While still keeping the double Yo-Ring response, the Night Moves was "slimmed" down, and titanium weight rings were added. The first production yo-yo to use titanium in the design.
These were all made in a clear enyo plastic, hence the glitter effect. Different color side caps were used, and the caps were painted on the underside to create the interesting glowing effect. The halves themselves are not painted, just the underside of the sidecaps.
