The Pony Boy was a novelty beginners model. You might even call it a "party favor" type of yo-yo. One of Duncan's early plastic models, it also had a plastic axle with string fixed to it. These came in a wide range of colors. Some also had small BBs sealed in the halves, which rattled and made noise as the yo-yo was played. Logo is simple molded raised lettering around the rims, "Duncan Pony Boy Yo-Yo Top 22."

These are popular with collectors, and at times quite difficult to find. Because these were intended for very young beginners, it's difficult to find them in nice condition.
