On the outside, this may look like a normal concave version of the Tom Kuhn Celtic Rings Mandala, but look inside. This one was upgraded for me by Tom Van Dan Elzen, the owner of Playmaxx in those days. It was upgraded to a bearing axle, Adjustable String Gap (ASG), and of course Brake Pad Technology (BPT) response. You can see the modified "Guts" in the Response View. A one of a kind modified yo-yo.
