The Sleep Machine, and Roller Woody, were the first wooden bearing models from Tom Kuhn. The Sleep Machine was the most popular because of its concave shape. Bearing axle and adjustable gap, but the yo-yo had to be disassembled to adjust the gap set screws.
Pictured here is one from the late 1990's, and the first time laminated woods were used. Before this, all were clear coat or painted. A nice striped laminated wood of natural wood and black dyed wood.
