[The yo-yo in this exhibit] is the swag that was distributed to participants in the KING OF KINGS contest as part of the "SOMETHING WE ASIANS GOT 'SWAG' 2019" prizes. Although the internals are set up for a bind response, compared to normal yo-yos it has an incredibly narrow catch zone, greatly increasing the difficulty of hitting tricks. The name Double or Nothing" refers to the fact that with a yo-yo this narrow, every trick becomes a risky move!
This is a really interesting design, because it uses modern design and materials to create a high-performance yo-yo with deep sleeps, but that design also tests the limits of your own capabilities even in hitting basic tricks. A truly fitting yo-yo for the "KING OF KINGS" contest, which put the talents and dedication of its contestants to the test.
