From the Boise Woodworks website:
"Made from maple and walnut with red, white and black accents, this ball bearing style, yo-yo is shaped in the classic standard style. Silky smooth to the touch, the yo-yo has an all natural finish of mineral oil followed up by a buffing with carnauba wax. The yo-yo is approx. 2-1/4ā€¯ diameter (57.15 mm), weighs 2.6 ounces (73.71 gm) and comes packed in a white gift box.

The most popular yo-yo's these days have a ball bearing spindle instead of a fixed wood or metal post. Yo-yo's with a ball bearing spindle spin longer, sleep better and make it easier to perform complicated tricks. The yo-yo will screw apart so that you can replace the bearing if needed. The bearings diameter is 8mm. The shaft has a 4mm diameter and is 33mm long.

Everything is proudly made in our small workshop located in Boise Idaho. We use domestic and exotic hardwoods as well as locally sourced, recycled, or re-purposed wood."

While visually appealing, the weight of this yo-yo (about 15-20 grams too heavy) makes most string tricks too difficult to make it a practical, everyday yo-yo to play.

Original retail price: $22 US.
