A Duncan toy likely from the 1960s. Little is known about this unusual product. It contained a rubber ball that was attached to a length of rubber line much like those found on paddle ball toys. The rubber line was attached to the inside bottom of the cup. You removed the lid and, while holding the cup, you launched the ball up into the air and tried to catch it in the cup. Of course, there were variations such as bouncing the rubber ball off the floor or off a wall and catching it again in the cup.
