Porcelain Genuine Duncan Yo-Yo trinket box in a Limoges Style with "string" and hinged lid. Designed and made by Midwest of Cannon Falls for their PHB (Porcelain Hinged Box) Collection, The Retrospective Series.
Trinket box is 50.8 mm diameter and 31.75 mm wide and came with a very short, white string for visual effect. Made in China.

From the PHB box that the Duncan tricket box came in:

The Retrospective Series porcelain trinket box series were released in a wide variety of themes that included a Tootsie Roll Pop, a can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup, the Three Stooges, Wrigley's Juicy Fruit Gum pack, Slinky, DQ Dilly Bar, Tonka Cement Truck, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Dots Candy, and many others.
