Maya Nakamura, also known as Bu-ko, is a Japanese yo-yo player and an member of Duncan Crew World-Wide as well as Team TOP. Bu-ko is well known for her yo-yo skills and frequent yo-yo videos. In 2005, she made history as the first ever female world yo-yo champion, in the 5A division.

This Freehand Zero was the signature model for Bu-ko. I've seen these both packaged and unpackaged. Side caps with her logo were sold and given away at a few events. Pink Freehands are hard to come by, so most likely it is from the original packaged run.
