The Throw Monkey was an oversized yo-yo for offstring and standard tricks. Not so overzied that it got in the way of standard play. With Rubberized rims, it could take a hit and not damage the yo-yo. Similar bearing and response setup to the Freehand Zero, and very flexible. I understand the name came from a promoter calling one of the demonstrators that he hired a Throw Monkey. It may be even a story from Steve Brown. These came in an assortment of bright and fun colors, always two tone. With a variety of side cap designs.
