Perkins USA make a great high precision ball bearing yo-yo. All Perkins yo-yos had serial numbers engraved and removeable O-rings on the outside rim for feel protection and added rim weight. These yo-yos are precision machined from high strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum. They play very smooth and respond exceptionally.

Some Perkins were finished in chameleon paint, like may automobiles have. That is the paint seems to change color as you look at it from different angles. This one seems to shift colors from Purple to a middle blue.

Notice the starburst response that was machined around the axle. That was somewhat of an unique approach.
