China's Huatian ROTOR model in polished black is very similar in profile shape to YoYoFactory's former long-sleeper world record holder Buddha King II and C3YoYoDesign's super heavyweight BTH yo-yo (and current long sleeper world record holder as of 2021). This model uses plastic POM side caps and body halves made from aluminum. Philip Tian is the co-owner of the brand.
The yo-yo uses a standard 19mm silicon pad for response and comes with two ball bearing axles: one size C center trac, pre-installed, and one half-spec size C with a shorter axle for original, responsive play. The latter bearing and axle came in a tiny "speciman" jar. When this yo-yo was first released, it also came with a Huatian-branded postcard and book.
