Dell's Big "D" Returner, No. 600 with one yellow halve and one blue halve; metal axle; pre-printed price of 29¢. Instead of a hot stamp on the face of the yo-yo, this model used a metallic gold sticker with "Dell's Big Returner" in red and the large "D" in teal.

This model is fairly hard to find new on its glued bubble blister card. The glued blister suggests that the yo-yo likely came out between 1964-1965. The Returner had previously been released on a bubble blister that was stapled to the card, likely between 1961-1963. This period is around the same time that Duncan was still sealing their yo-yos in plastic bags or selling them loose out of counter display boxes.
