One of the better Mr. Yodel yo-yos. Side A has the Mr. Yodel side cap; side B has the glitter "ProYo II" side cap.
The painted inside rim in red, black, blue, and white is quite beautiful.
These handpainted yo-yos (except the side caps or "pogs") did not come in or with any packaging; they were sold standalone.
