The YoYoFactory Yuuksta was first introduced in August, 2010. The model was the signature yo-yo of Yuuki Spencer of Hawaii. His two favorite yo-yos before his signature yo-yo release were the YoYoFactory 888 and the YoYoFactory Genesis. He combined his favorite characteristics of both yo-yos to come up with the YoYoFactory Yuuksta yo-yo. This undersized bandalore has both the rim weight and the necessary stability during fast spins that is characteristic of many larger diameter yo-yos. The yo-yo was also released as a limited edition model of yo-yoer Ann Connolly.
For collectors, the initial run of Yuuksta's were supplied with CBC Center-Trac size C ball bearing axles and yellow CBC response pads. After the initial run sold out, the recipe changed to use flat size C ball bearing axles and white response pads.
The yo-yo was released in a variety of acid wash colors and packaged in YoYoFactory-branded display boxes.
Original retail price: $65 US.
