The Tip Toe Top was an undersized yo-yo made in England. The halves were solid with color swirls in body, similar to some of the other bakelite yo-yos of the time. The logo is raised, so difficult to read, but look at the logo closeup to read the full text. The axle was metal, embedded into each solid side. It was also meant as a fixed string yo-yo. Note the hole through the axle to thread string in the Profile View.
