Matthew Carter's (aka Scarecrow) "Wonderful World of Glitter" yo-yo is a great example of DIY yo-yo craft from the late 90s to very early 2000s. This special yo-yo is a customized YoYoJam Dragon Jam, decorated and turned into an eye- and sun-catching design. Great playing yo-yo too. Featured Scarecrow's custom logos. Each of the 20 made were numbered and came in YoYoJam's often used plastic pouch along with a certificate of authenticity.
