Side A has a translucent red body halve with a translucent red side cap with gold imprint. Side B has a translucent blue body halve with a translucent blue side cap with silver imprint
As with all Technic Terminator yo-yos, this custom model used a take-apart design and a wooden axle sleeve over the steel axle rod.
Because these were custom Terminators and sold in bulk, they did not come in any packaging.
