A Yomega (Hyper) Raider from Bandai Hyper Yo-Yo and released in 1998 exclusively in Japan. Not exactly sure what makes this a "Special Edition" other than the unique coloring. The ball bearing axle Raider was one of the most popular yo-yos in Japan during their yo-yo boom from 1997-2000.
Translucent blue rims with translucent green sidecaps and black imprint. Uses a size E ball bearing axle and starburst response.
