Duncan Performance Rings (5161PK)

OwnerRick Brough

Duncan aluminum Performance Rings let you add rim weight to compatible Duncan yo-yos--and probably yo-yos from other makers with trial and error. Compatible Duncan yo-yos included yo-yos that accepted FH Zero style sidecaps such as the FH Zero, Flipside, Hayabusa, Pro Z, Hornet, Echo, Raptor, and Freehand MG.

It was also recommended that these aluminum rings only be installed on plastic yo-yos. The two small, round black discs next to the rings in the package were stickers to cover the axle post hole on both side of the yo-yo.

Besides the raw silver aluminum version, as seen in this exhibit, the rings also came in anodized versions of black, light blue, gold, gray, green, and red.
