An iron-on patch for the 2016 Asia Pacific Yo-Yo Championships.

The Asia-Pacific Yo-Yo Championships (also know simply as "AP") is the premier yo-yo competition in the Asia-Pacific region. The first AP yo-yo championship occurred in 2003 and is an annual event. Only competitors from Asia-Pacific countries are permitted to participate. Countries represented at the championships include Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and South Korea. In 2016, the top players in the AP region gathered in Bugis, Singapore, June 30-July 2. While there they competed with each other and with current yo-yo world champions, shared tips and tricks with each other, and engaged in yo-yo buying and trading.
