Tsukuda Original of Japan, the maker of this yo-yo, was a doll, toy, and software maker. In 2002, Bandai bought Tsukuda Original.

This Gold Class yo-yo, including the packaging, looks remarkably similar to the Duncan Imperial yo-yo from the same time period (mid 80s). The similarity suggests that Tsukuda had a licensing agreement with Duncan, though this is unconfirmed.

Imperial style has clear body halves with gold glitter throughout the plastic; gold foil label. Sold only in Japan.
