This model of Russell yo-yo--the Professional--was part of the Hyper Yo-Yo line from THP (Team High Performance) in Japan and licensed by Bandai. The Russell Super model came in opaque colors; the Professional model came in translucent colors. Both the Super and Professional are outstanding looping yo-yos.
Japanese packaged versions of Russell yo-yos are harder to find.
