The FreeHand 2 was a re-design of the classic FreeHand, but using the Playmaxx molds acquired when the company was sold. A Pro-Yo GT mold was modified to create the yo-yo, which made it a popular choice with fans of Playmaxx and Proyo. Like a widened Bee GT, with Friction stickers for response.
Vertigo colors were created by coating the FreeHand 2 with a special material. A unique and very attractive finish. However the process doubled the price of the FH2. These were not popular when released, because of the pricing, but bound to be highly in demand as collector's items.
Pictured here is a Red Vertigo. The full set of FreeHand 2 logos appeared on these, and were placed on them randomly.
