A basic, three piece beginner-sized wooden yo-yo, two in a package, for 29¢. The copyright on the header card says 1959. Sold in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

No where on the packaging or the yo-yos is the word "yo-yo" used; only "Return Top".

At the time this model of yo-yo came out, Fli-Back was based in High Point, North Carolina. The company would eventually be sold in the late 1960s to Ohio Art Company in Bryan, Ohio, maker of the Etch-A-Sketch, among other toys.
