Duncan official yo-yo membership card from the early 1960s. A facsimile of Donald F. Duncan Jr.'s signature was pre-printed on the card. Opposite side is blank.
These cards were most likely given away by a Duncan Yo-Yo demonstrator to kids at contests and demonstrations, just for participating.
Apparently, you were not truly an official yo-yo member until you filled out and mailed the portion to the left of the of the actual card.
