A Duncan quality pre-school toy probably from around 1963 or 1964, manufactured by Strombeck. Yes, Duncan even diversified into wooden/plastic toys. Here they used an actual yo-yo for the fireman's head who is depicted as starry-eyed Mister Yo-Yo.

A "mister yo-yo duncan racer" (resembling a Cub Scout Pinewood Derby car with the head of Mister Yo-Yo in the driver's seat) was also made by Strombeck for Duncan.
