This is the largest Instructor patch from Cheerio, and probably the biggest yo-yo patch ever made. A giant maple leaf in blue with the simple text "Cheerio Instructor". It's also a velour patch, fuzzy, like the giant Duncan Eagle patches. Typically, instructor patches were worn by Cheerio demonstrators for advertising, and not given away as an award at contests. This makes all instructor patches rare, but this one is a very unusual patch.
