An undersized version of the popular, full-size "Masamune" by Japan's Sengoku. Body material is 6061 aluminum rather than "Alumigo Hard" aluminum alloy used by the Masamune. Uses stainless steel rims for increased spin speed, stability, and weight. Spins on a size C center trac bearing, with response coming from YoYoFactory CBC slim pads or Sengoku Katana pads, and all joined together with an M4 x 8mm axle.

Released June, 2016. The first release colors were red, blue, and black. There are pictures of purple Masamini yos from the initial release date. However, in the second release of colors in early Fall, 2016, purple was listed on the Sengoku website as a new color.

Original retail price: $118 US.
