This is a Terminator Technic with second version side caps. The side cap says, "Spintastics - Terminator Technic -- U.S.A." Up until 1997, their yos were sold without any packaging, like this model; you just bought them off the shelf. Beginning in 1998, however, the company began selling their yos in packages.
These were excellent yo-yos for looping and very affordable.
