Papa Jim's yo-yos were handmade wooden models. They were slightly oversized, with large axles, excellent balance, and, of course, have that wonderful nostalgic feel of real wood. The Imperial models were available in maple, oak, and mahogany (shown in this exhibit). Made in Colden, New York. A very short-lived brand.

Collected August, 2003.
