Bandai's "HyperCluster Laser Core" released November 19, 2011.
This core's unique feature was the use of two red LEDs (not actual lasers, despite the product name), one in each core half. The light added another visual element to your HyperCluster-series yo-yo. When the yo-yo was at rest, the LEDs were off.
This Laser Core was the last core part released in the HyperCluster series. All yo-yo releases after this part used HyperCluster interchangable bodies, bearings, and cores that were already on the marketplace. The core did not come with any bearing; just the axle.
The HyperCluster series took the ease of yo-yo customization to a whole new level. The back of the package shows you other configurations you could build using compatible bodies, core parts, and bearings from other HyperCluster-series yo-yos.
Came with the two lighted core halves, a user guide, and a customization guide.
Original retail price: $18 US. | |
