On July 4, 1996 at the Tuscon Convention Center, Tommy Smothers "headlined" the Desert Classic Yo-Yo Tournament at 1:00 p.m. A special pog was made for this ProYo to commemorate the event. These yo-yos were either given away that day or sold.
Both sides of the yo-yo have the same pog design.
