A take apart, hologram, ball bearing axle yo-yo. On each yo halve it says, "Silicone Implanted Self-Balancing Ball Bearing Luminator".

I'm unsure of the response system of this yo. Later models included a "Pad Return System" which is just another way of saying brake pads or response stickers.

For some reason, the back of the package has a blacked out portion on the card. The blacked out portion said, "The silicone putty fills the cavities evenly to give a perfectly balanced yo-yo. The more you play, the more perfect the balance as the centrifugal force acts on the silicone."

Shaped like the Duncan Professional yo-yo.

Collected on June 24, 1999.

Original retail price: $9 US.
