These high-quality plastic take apart yo-yos were made by company called "Pappnase & Co." of Hamburg Germany and sold under the brand name "Time Out".
The Looper is a rim-weighted wooden axle yo-yo with open sides and a chromed center nut. The wooden axle is replaceable. However, I'm not sure with what because the company did not make their own.
