These high-quality plastic take apart yo-yos were made by a company called "Pappnase & Co." of Hamburg, Germany and sold under the brand name "Time Out".
The Ripper is a standard shaped yo-yo (closed sides) with a wooden axle. It is very similar to their "Orbiter" model.
