These high-quality plastic take apart yo-yos were made by company called "Pappnase & Co." of Hamburg Germany and sold under the brand name "Time Out".
The Looper is a rim-weighted ball bearing axle yo-yo with open sides and a chromed center nut. Very similar to the Looper fixed axle model.
Collected April 14, 2000.
