This is a limited edition of the MAG Predator. This particular model of yo-yo was released at the end of the initial colored version release. The special models (Custom Yo-Yo made four different versions) were available on a limited basis from dealers.
The black limited editions of the Predator Special and the Cyko Special in this museum are a matched set in that they both have the same serial number. Any of Custom Yo-Yo's black, serial-numbered yo-yos are uncommon.ÂÂ
Total production numbers of serial-numbered Custom Yo-Yos are unknown. Custom Yo-Yo claimed 200 were made of each of the four "Special" models. However, I have seen serial number 268 for the Predator Special model (sold by YoYoSam on eBay). Knowing this information leaves the 200 number for the other three "Special" models in question.
Collected December 20, 1999. Has Performance Rings. Came with a black velvet pouch and two strings.
