Blue rim, with clear side caps and metallic foil green under. This was the Japanese equivalent of the Duncan Professional sold in the U.S.A. It's still a Duncan yo-yo but sold under the Bandai name. At the time, most Japanese yo-yo contests only allowed players to use Bandai-licensed or -branded yo-yos. As such, many yo-yos sold under their respective names in the U.S.A. are sold omly under the Bandai name in Japan.

The year 1997 marked the beginning of Japan's yo-yo craze and eventual entry onto the world yo-yo championship stage in dominating fashion.
