A yo-yo in the shape of a ball. Hard plastic. The yo-yo "... always comes back to you." It never needs rewinding like a traditional yo-yo. The string has a plastic ring on the end for the finger. This is in 1998 packaging which is shorter in height than the 1997 packaging. The yo-yo stock number is 60602. I believe these came onto the market in 1997. Collected February 21, 2000.
This yo-yo was assigned US patent 5127868 on July 7, 1992 to Marvin Smollar of Northbrook, IL for a "Holder and controller for yo-yo type toys." Patent assignee is Marchon, Inc. of Vernon Hills, IL.
