A novelty shape- and color-changing yo-yo with fins extending horizontally from the sides of a DaMert "Night Roller" yo-yo. When the yo is spinning the fins flare out and make an "exciting turbo sound" to further add to the yo-yo's visual sensory appeal.
I've never seen one in use but I imagine it was quite interesting to watch and hear.
