The DV888 is based on the design of the Buzz-On DV8 - due to patent issues the DV8 was never officially released but YoYoFactory liked the design and brought it back to life as the DV888.
The DV888 is undersized and comes stock with a narrow bearing for responsive play. It was also available as a Starter Pack complete with extra pads, string, additional wide bearing and longer axle and a YoYoFactory multi-tool.
