The Tom Kuhn No Jive Woody - Golden Gate Bridge edition, fixed axle yo-yo, circa 1977-1989.

A maple three piece wooden yo-yo made by Tom Kuhn YoYos Ltd. of San Francisco. The famous San Francisco landmark Golden Gate Bridge is depicted on one side of the yo-yo. View is looking north-east from about Deadman's Point on the Lands End trail. I have biked and walked across the bridge numerous times; I highly recommend wearing hearing protection.

Stories vary as to how this yo-yo model was sold. Some have suggested that they were sold to tourists and San Franciscan's by way of a Tom Kuhn street vendor display in San Francisco proper. Others have told me he sold them from his dental office.

The yo-yo was originally sold standalone; no packaging or drawstring bag.
