A plastic, fixed axle character yo-yo featuring Kirby’s face printed on a pink cap, encircled by mint-green rims. The card art uses clouds and stars with a small Kirby-on-Warp-Star vignette.
This yo-yo was sold as a children's novelty under the long-running Kirby franchise. The model represents the wave of character-licensed yo-yos that were made exclusively for the Japanese gift/prize market rather than specialty yo-yo shops such as Spin Gear or YoYoRewind. It’s a good example of how mainstream licenses kept yo-yos visible to very young players in the 2000s–2010s era.
Made by Eikoh Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan and licensed from Nintendo/HAL Laboratory, Inc., who are the developers of the Kirby game series.
