The manufacturer of this patch is unknown. However, the plastic "Roy Rogers and Trigger" yo-yo associated with this patch was manufactured by All Western Plastics, Inc., Scotts Bluff, Nebraska.
To my knowledge, the "First Annual" was the "First and Last" Roy Rogers Round-Up King yo-yo contest. I have yet to come across any later year patches or memorabilia from Roy Rogers yo-yo contests.
