The PhatYo line was made and sold in Australia, and manufactured by Abbe toys, makers of the Black Mamba yo-yos.

This is a redesign of the original Black Mamba. The new "cookie" response system was added, a special system with a rubberry recessed pad with teeth. Noted as "Yo-Matic", that is the term Abbe used to explain its auto-return centrifugal cam system.
